Business Opportunities To Choose From

Thank you for reviewing our advanced advertising systems and business opportunities. TrafficCentral** provides both turnkey and custom technology solutions in a platform that supports a number of e-commerce oriented businesses focused primarily around Internet search advertising and website traffic generation. The levels of the businesses vary in three basic classes. The first is a Search Exchange Owner, a second is a Reseller, and a third is an Affiliate. Of course, we consider the Consumer an integral component and level in the overall business model as well, as consumers are the only "human-centric" traffic generator allowed to stimulate the overall TrafficCentral Global Network and who optionally play the role of "Search, Surf, & Earn" member participants.

While the consumer role is not technically a business opportunity, the consumer is an integral part of our overall hierarchy and technology model and therefore is mentioned herein for completeness. For those Internet surfers that simply stop by the various search exchange engines to conduct searches without becoming a member, they are considered welcome guests in the business model and hierarchy as well. Further, because of the unique organization of the TrafficCentral Global Network and it's technologies, we view Consumers in two search related categories, global and local.

All considered, a perspective view of the participants in our business model is outlined by the following list:

 Search Exchange Owners
 Resellers
 Affiliates
 Search, Surf, & Earn Participants
 Guests (Internet Global Search Users)
 Guests (Internet Local Search Users)

The business opportunity roles (Search Exchange Owner, Reseller, & Affiliate) will be explained below for comparative purposes. To see examples of some implementations of the MUTANT III architecture, please visit http://www.TrafficCentral.com and view the Global Network.

We also support a publisher network and publisher reward system however, the TrafficCentral network and technologies are biased toward the general elimination of a traditional publisher website involvement to eliminate poor quality traffic and to bypass the middle-men, so to speak, which yields much higher quality traffic (ROI for advertisers) and additional financial reward for all of the remaining participants listed above including consumers (Search, Surf, & Earn Participants).

Search Exchange Ownership

This "franchise" like class of business is referred to as a TrafficCentral "Search Exchange (SE) Owner", or "Node Owner" for short. As a SE owner, TrafficCentral or it's delegates install a copy of our licensed MUTANT III software product on your domain(s)* allowing you to run a standalone search engine, or a search engine that is interconnected with others to support a deeper search or additional traffic generation (advertising volume). Being a SE node owner requires the highest level of commitment and regular involvement, but also yields the highest potential revenue at an astounding 95.5% adjusted gross profit potential to the SE owner (licensor).

The TrafficCentral Network of Search Exchange Owners refer to the owners as "node" owners. This term has evolved over time because the search exchanges (search engines) are generally interconnected to one of TrafficCentral's established and growing global networks that support our pure form of real visitor traffic based on our exclusive and internationally provisionally patented "NavScreen" Unstoppable Advertising(R). Such network topologies generally refer to a specialized connection or communication point in the overall network as a "node" and thus is the underlying origin of this term.

Additionally, we call our specialized and advanced search engine technology a "Search Exchange" because the MUTANT III software platform is a combination of both search engine and traffic exchange technologies forming what some analysts have called the "missing link" of Internet advertising. Our system's advertising model is currently based on a "micro-cash" oriented Cost Per Visitor model with the early 2008 release of the third generation of our software platform referred to as "MUTANT III". MUTANT stands for "Multinode Traffic Architecture for the exchange of Internet Advertising Traffic" and is the subject of one of many patent applications related to the ever evolving TrafficCentral technologies.

Due to TrafficCentral's significant involvement in the Internet traffic exchange (and Internet banner exchange) industry over many years, we have become an authority and renowned experts on very high quality "human-centric" traffic generation methods on the Internet, and have search exchange node installations currently spanning several countries and continents. The various installations can vary substantially in style and function, with SE node owner operators applying their own personality and interests in a number of creative ways to integrate the MUTANT III platform into a new or existing business model.

From a traditional turnkey solution perspective, each SE node owner can sell several levels of products and ad service, including the resale of licenses of TrafficCentral MUTANT software through a Strategic Alliance and Marketing agreement. The general margins for a node owner who resells a license of MUTANT software is 35% of adjusted gross. In addition, a SE node owner has the ability to sell an unlimited number of standard or customized TrafficSoldier Reseller sites and Reseller Licenses to build up their workforce and generate immediate revenues while building the business.

The SE node owner and resellers will have a turnkey array of advertising packages for sale from day one a MUTANT III search exchange node is installed. Beyond sale of advertising packages, a node owner may add their own products and services into the node store. The MUTANT III store architecture is a new high-tech "distributed" store architecture and can be viewed as a "star" network with the search exchange node as the central hub supporting any number (tens, hundreds, or thousands) of Reseller websites supporting sales and marketing operations for the search exchange owner.

As a SE node owner, you have the option of customizing the look and feel of your node as you see fit and can be done in a simple fashion due to the MUTANT III "meta" engine that interprets themes and templates, allowing anyone with general HTML, CSS Stylesheet, and optionally Javascript skills, to evolve a style and theme all of their own. There are no restrictions on what can be done ultimately regarding look and feel (other than some limitations on licensed use of trademarks and some copyrighted material that is temporarily licensed to node owners on an annual basis for temporary use while being an active node licensor).

SE nodes in the TrafficCentral Global Network have a geographic orientation, leveraging the following geographic tiers:

 Continental Nodes
 Country Nodes
 Regional Nodes
 State Nodes
 County Nodes
 City Nodes
 Town Nodes

... and their are a few other specialty license categories and levels that exist as well including independent, isolated, or behind the firewall company private nodes that are not shown in the public indexes or directories.

Generally speaking, the price point for each geographic level increases as coverage or involvement in the overall TrafficCentral Global Network and hierarchy increases.

The Reseller Network

From an Internet marketing perspective, most business models have a central website and affiliate marketers. The MUTANT III architecture has one better, an intermediate tier called a Reseller-Affiliate, or Reseller*. The difference between a Reseller and an Affiliate is that a Reseller has a specialized license to run and leverage certain TrafficCentral owned trademarks and copyrights on a Reseller website that ties into the SE node to support automated sales, whereby an affiliate would not have those same permissions or tools available. A Reseller generally earns a slightly higher commission than affiliate maketers, but that is fully determined by the SE node owner. Some examples of Reseller websites that have been customized based upon the non-customized master template as shown at http://www.TrafficSoldier.com (This is the website master template and master reseller license that comes with a SE node license), are for example http://www.Caltastic.com (customized) or http://www.Texastic.com (customized).

Some node owners choose to create their own websites that are sometimes similar to the standard reseller website template provided with MUTANT III, and some choose to custom design their own reseller site(s) to be completely different with customization to support their sales at a central SE node or other products, services, or business*, as can be seen by this divergent example http://www.TrafficQC.com developed by Michael McWhorter for one of his SE nodes (http://www.TrafficQC.net and http://www.Fidly.net). The design and implementation of reseller stores supporting central node sales lends itself to a node owner's creative interests and marketing prowess. In other words, the template reseller website provided by TrafficCentral as part of the MUTANT III platform is completely functional as is but is considered a basis, or example, to stimulate the thought and creativity of a node owner while building their own Reseller workforce in whatever legitimate way they deem appropriate.

The Affiliate Network

As with most Internet business models, the MUTANT III SE node supports a two tier Affiliate marketing model*, CAN-SPAM compliance, and marketing materials for developing a SE node owner's reseller and affiliate marketing army. As a side note, both the Affiliate and Reseller technology built into MUTANT III supports either a one tier or two tier affiliate / reseller-affiliate model through simple configuration adjustments in prepartion for the potential eventuality that new Internet law disallows a two tier model ultimately. The Affiliate and Reseller subsystems can also be disabled as well for unique configurations.

What level of Involvement Is Right For You?

Depending on your interest in running and growing your own business, and depending on what skills you may possess, you may want to be a SE node owner, a Reseller for some other Node in the network (see http://www.TrafficCentral.com ), or an affiliate. SE node owners are involved in the day to day operations of improving SE node content (spidering and editing ads and content), Resellers are involved in marketing their reseller sites through whatever normal and legitimate channels they option to, and similarly for Affiliates who do their network oriented marketing on behalf of the SE node and it's products and services. In general, the following is a simplistic view of the differences between a SE node owner, a Reseller, and an Affiliate, in the TrafficCentral Global network, noting however the figures shown below were typical at time of this writing.

SE Node Owner - Involved Daily in Running and Improving the SE node, supporting Resellers and Affiliates & paying commissions, handling customer care & account crediting - Profit margins are in the range of 25% to 95.5% depending on the involvement of resellers or affiliates and other conditions. Most typically, the before tax profit margin per sale will reside in the 63% t0 73% range after payment processor fees and commissions paid are considered. SE node owners also reap some residual income from subordinate node licensure* they sponsor (sell).

Resellers - One time setup and potentially periodically update content on a simple and automated marketing website that they promote. No need for daily hands on activity such as order processing or customer care issues (as that is handled by the SE node owner). Commission rates on sales is adjustable by each SE node owner but generally are seen to be in the 25% to 35% range. Resellers reap the residual income from the sales completed by other Resellers and Affiliates they recruit.

Affiliates - No website to setup. Leverage marketing banners and e-books or other marketing materials provided with a MUTANT III node and by the SE node owner. Commissions rates on sales is generally in the 20% to 25% range. Affiliates reap the residual income from the sales completed by additional Affiliates they recruit.
